IMPORTANT
NOTE ABOUT THIRD-PARTY SUPPORT:
We
do not offer official support for third-party products
such as Windows,
Dell, HP, Finale, Soundblaster, Kontakt,
Kompakt, or Sibelius. There are, however, some very helpful resources
on the internet (in addition to our forum)
that can help you with these products.
We
ask that you determine whether your technical issue is pertaining
to our sample library product or your computer setup (including
notation software, soundcard, sampler, etc.). If your question
is pertaining to one of these other devices, we encourage you
to contact the technical support department of that particular
manufacturer.
