PAYMENT
Payment will be generated via our secure payment server
once you've completed your order. Please note that PayPal
orders generally take a little longer to process than credit
card orders, particularly if they're E-Checks.

If you request to pay by "Phone Ordering,"
follow the order process online until you complete the order
and arrive at the window which says, "Congratulations,
your order has been successfully placed." Your order
will be marked "queued." Take note of your ORDER
ID, then call us toll free at (888) 628-1899 to submit your
credit card information.

you request to pay by "Money Orders/Checks,"
follow the order process online until you complete the order

DELIVERY
TIME
Our shipping department typically ships on Mondays, Wednesdays
and Fridays from Portland, Oregon, USA. Most orders will
be sent via UPS Ground which generally takes 2-5 business
days to arrive, depending upon your location. We can sometimes
accommodate requests for expedited delivery but not from
our webstore. If you'd like to try upgrading your shipping
terms to 3-day, 2-day, or overnight, please place your order
with us directly via our toll free office number at (888)
628-1899. Our office hours fluctuate, so we can't guarantee
to receive your order the same day, but in most cases we
can. Orders for third party products such as Sibelius, Kontakt,
M-Audio keyboards, etc. may experience longer delays in
shipment depending on available stock.
RETURNS
POLICY
We do not accept returns on soundware (sample libraries
and virtual instrument software) or print music. In the
rare case that your item was received damaged or is defective,
we will replace it with the same item within 90 days of
order submission. IMPORTANT: Before submitting a return,
you must first contact us at orders@tapspace.com
to obtain return clearance. Items returned without clearance
will not be accepted.
*Please
note, software is not deemed defective if you are simply
experiencing technical difficulties. It is very important
that you carefully read the system requirements before placing
your order as we can not accept returns on the basis of
incompatible system specifications. There are absolutely
no refunds allowed for opened or registered software. Any
refunds that have been worked out directly with us are subject
to a 9% (nine percent) restocking charge and shipping is
nonrefundable.
CANCELLATIONS
We don't currently allow for cancellations once an order
has been placed through our online webstore. In the event
that a cancellation absolutely must occur, a restocking
fee of 9% (nine percent) will be charged.
