use Virtual Drumline™ 1, you have the choice
of using either the SoundFont
version, or the GigaStudio
version. Both versions are included. If you are
unsure of what these different formats mean, please
read our FAQ
page. Once you've loaded your VDL samples into
your desired playback device, the sounds are controlled
by Finale or Sibelius.
SYSTEM
REQUIREMENTS:

PC or Macintosh G4 computer, 512MB RAM recommended,
500MB
free hard disk space
- Sampler
Program (i.e. Kompakt, Kontakt, Gigastudio, Reason)
OR soundfont compatible soundcard
- Notation
Software (i.e. Sibelius or Finale) or Sequencing
software (i.e. Logic, ProTools, Digital Performer,
Cubase, Sonar, etc)
- MIDI
driver
for communication between notation program and
sampler program (free download)
- MIDI
keyboard connected to computer via USB or MIDI
interface
- Multimedia
speakers or headphones to listen to playback
