Lorenzo Guidolin

Lorenzo Guidolin started his musical studies in Italy (Aosta Valley) at 6 years old. In 2013, he received his “Diplôme d’études musical” at the “conservatoire régional de Lyon” (France). In 2016, he graduated from Turin’s Conservatory (Italy), and in 2019, he received his Masters at Milan’s Conservatory (Italy). His Masters recital project was entirely based on music for percussion and electronics, and most of the pieces played were personal compositions. During his studies, he played in many orchestras and contemporary music ensembles, including Orchestra sinfonica La Verdi of Milan and Orchestra filarmonica of Turin.

He has played in many festivals in Italy and Europe such as ViviMilano, MiTo, les nuits de Fourvière, and more. He is a percussionist in “Momo Orkestra", an afro-jazz group with which he performed at Montreux Jazz Festival in 2019. He pursues his passion in music for percussion and electronics playing with “no borders”, a trio with live electronics. As a teacher, he has taught at Turin’s Conservatory (2017); Sfom, a regional school in Aosta Valley; and, currently, at high schools in Aosta (Italy).
