Support for Third-Party Products

We do not offer official support for third-party products or brands such as Sibelius, Finale, Windows, Apple, Dell, HP, Finale, Soundblaster, or Native Instruments. There are, however, some very helpful resources on the internet (in addition to our forum) that can help you with these products.

We ask that you determine whether your technical issue specifically pertains to our software product (Virtual Drumline sounds) or integrating it into your computer setup (including notation software, soundcard, sequencer, etc.). If your question is pertaining to one of these other devices, we encourage you to consult its documentation or contact the technical support department of that particular manufacturer.
